Let me introduce myself
I’m Debbie Hannifan
As a Lakeland native, Debbie is told practically daily, “You look so familiar, where do I know you from?” Her passion for real estate started early in life as the daughter of a contractor and properties owner. She spent many days and weekends on construction sites, cleaning properties between tenants, or riding along with her parents scouting for the next up-and-coming area for development. As an adult, her passion has only continued to grow. The last two projects being building a house “from the dirt up” and renovating a 100 year-old historic century home in Downtown Lakeland’s Lake Morton Historic District.
Debbie’s diverse background translates into a rewarding experience for her clients. Across decades of business experience, Debbie has a true enthusiasm for getting to know her clients and seeking to understand their unique needs and desired outcomes. Her success stems from quality customer service, constant communication, strong attention to detail, and a highly driven work ethic.

It is Debbie’s belief that in order to effectively match sellers and buyers with the homes of their dreams, you must live, dine, work, and play in the area because you are selling a lifestyle that you live yourself.
Debbie and her her husband Jay, and twin sons Nathan and Noah do all these things in Lakeland and the greater Polk County area. In the time between, Debbie enjoys trips to Walt Disney World, east and west coast Florida beaches, running with friends, and gardening in her butterfly garden.
